  Giving negative feedback as I received a open damaged packing with no nuts inside. I reached out to seller told and told them I wanted a refund as I no longer needed the nuts because I went to my local automotive store and purchased some, however seller was aware that this issue occasionally happens on the packing but still insisted they send me new ones. I turned down the offer and just told him i wanted refund, seller still continues to beat the bush and ignore my request and has gone silent
