  Shipping was way faster then expected. Packaging was great. Very secure. Item shipped as described, everything functioned as intended. If you are in the U.S. definitely gotta watch those tariffs, that hurt but definitely not the seller or shippers fault. Other then that this seller had it cheaper then anyone else I've seen so was willing to take that hit. Seller is very professional. Definitely knows their stuff. Well I do wish it wasn't so expensive I get why it is so can't really complain.

  Kouzex was prompt responding to me. They let me know of any options, and sent lots of pictures once complete. They were also helpful in answering questions about operating and maintaining the console, and was upfront about any costs, which I appreciated. The build turnaround time was also quick, and as described. Only issue was when the console passed through Singapore, and I had to pay a fair amount of duty. Be aware of this potential cost! Overall, great experience. I highly recommend them!

  Pre-check before postage was thorough and good service, arrived on time. Packaging was safe and secure. Product was as described I find no fault with it. Original description was thorough and allowed me to get exactly what I wanted, Region Free with capture card. I got the model I wanted not earlier or later. Value for money and product. The seller was very patient and kind as they explained the installation process when I had trouble, as well as cable and battery advice. Would buy more

  Fantastic customer service seller was very helpful and answered all of my questions! The Console arrived exactly as described which was great 👍 shipping was fast and the console was packaged very well. I will definitely be purchasing again if needed. Seller refunded me a partial refund so I could purchase a micro USB cable. If the console came with a USB cable it would have been much better and more value for money. But other than the console, not arriving ready to use with the cables, A+

  Arrived earlier than expected, packaged incredibly secure, item arrived as described and with the exact custom modifications I had asked for and I cannot complain for the value of such an intricate and time consuming console to have worked with, seller is very friendly and helpful and more than willing to spend the time to make sure you're happy with your product, would highly recommend
