  What a beautiful piece. The pictures for this glass don’t do it justice. It’s a delicate, thin glass that’s beautifully shaded and has a sophisticated sakura leaf pattern. Just gorgeous. It arrived in brand new condition in its original packaging and Starbucks box. The seller proactively contacted me about shipping notifications, too, which I really appreciated. My experience with this seller was excellent, and the item quality is top notch. I would highly recommend this seller.

  First time ordering with seller, not only did they email me right away with details of shipment…everything went exactly as planned! I want to take a moment to really appreciate the shipping of item, I was especially worried because it was storming hard the day it was due to arrive. I was also worried about to post office shoving it into my tiny apartment mailbox. The packaging was AMAZING! Condition was AMAZING! Appearance and quality were immaculate! Great Value!   The photocard was original & it was shipped super fast. But, the photocard was slightly damaged because the packaging came a little damaged too. I think it happened during the shipping process, it wasn't the seller's fault. When I addressed it, the seller was very nice and understanding and accommodated to my request. I received a partial refund for that. It happened for the first time for both of us, so I felt bad. But, I will certainly buy from the again because of their customer service!

  Item arrived in firm plastic packaging as pictured. The zipper works smoothly. Color change straws are more rubber than plastic. Seller wrapped with pillow and bubble wrap to prevent damage. Arrived in Great condition. Was sent from Korea to Washington State, USA and it was on my doorstep in one week. I made an offer that was accepted right away. I'm hoping it will last me several years. I think it was worth the price I paid for it. It looks great.

  Excellently and securely packaged so the shape was preserved and would not get deformed. Shipped and arrived extremely fast. The seller contacted me the next day after purchasing to let me know a very efficient and well reputable shipping courier will be used so my items will be safe and arrive fast. To top it off I received a photo book and accompanying CD from the album as a thank you gift from the seller. I am so impressed and very, very pleased. Excellent seller. Thank you again!

  It's brand new, as described, and the cutest thing ever. Great shopping experience, seller communicated throughout. By far the fastest shipment and delivery of any of the purchases I've made from sellers in Korea. I received it in around a week. I ordered this one, and then later ordered another one, and they shipped both of them together.
