  Would reccomend 100%. First timer here, ordered from Spain. The delivery time was good, just as promised. At first I had some trouble because I couldn't get the tracking number, but with some communication with the seller the problem was sold. They usually answer pretty quick. I'd reccomend the standard tracked shipping, worked well for me. No problems at customs whats so ever. Also, I ordered a very fragile item and packaging was on the spot! Super well padded.   What a beautiful piece. The pictures for this glass don’t do it justice. It’s a delicate, thin glass that’s beautifully shaded and has a sophisticated sakura leaf pattern. Just gorgeous. It arrived in brand new condition in its original packaging and Starbucks box. The seller proactively contacted me about shipping notifications, too, which I really appreciated. My experience with this seller was excellent, and the item quality is top notch. I would highly recommend this seller.

  The photocard was original & it was shipped super fast. But, the photocard was slightly damaged because the packaging came a little damaged too. I think it happened during the shipping process, it wasn't the seller's fault. When I addressed it, the seller was very nice and understanding and accommodated to my request. I received a partial refund for that. It happened for the first time for both of us, so I felt bad. But, I will certainly buy from the again because of their customer service!
