  Seller accidentally shipped the wrong item, but proactively offered a resolution (even before the item had arrived). Replacement item was correct, but was damaged. Seller again was responsive in offering a resolution. Would buy from this Seller again, despite the item issues as he/she has god standards for customer service.

  I broke the lid of my Keurig carafe, so I replaced it with this one. As described, it is designed a little bit differently but works just fine. Although a little "pricey", it still was the best price that I could find. It arrived well-wrapped, safely boxed and on time. Thank you, seller! AAA++++++++++

  Rave review! Fair negotiation, great communication, and received the new in open box street car set in a timely manner. Upon setting it up, noticed it wasn't working as a rail in one of the tracks wasn't right. Luckily, we were able to fix the issue. Notified the seller of the problem and they graciously gave us a partial refund for our trouble. Would buy from again! Marked them as a 'favorite' seller. Thanks so much for a great transaction.   Excellent eBay seller. Ups lost my item but there was excellent communication with seller throughout the process. Unfortunately package was never recovered and seller promptly issued a refund. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again as all the problems were courtesy of ups.

  Item is in perfect condition and was shipped quickly. There was some confusion about what items were included with the bar, but that was my mistake for not confirming before purchase.
