  Seller accidentally shipped the wrong item, but proactively offered a resolution (even before the item had arrived). Replacement item was correct, but was damaged. Seller again was responsive in offering a resolution. Would buy from this Seller again, despite the item issues as he/she has god standards for customer service.

  Rave review! Fair negotiation, great communication, and received the new in open box street car set in a timely manner. Upon setting it up, noticed it wasn't working as a rail in one of the tracks wasn't right. Luckily, we were able to fix the issue. Notified the seller of the problem and they graciously gave us a partial refund for our trouble. Would buy from again! Marked them as a 'favorite' seller. Thanks so much for a great transaction.   Excellent eBay seller. Ups lost my item but there was excellent communication with seller throughout the process. Unfortunately package was never recovered and seller promptly issued a refund. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again as all the problems were courtesy of ups.

  KOPKOs item description was spot on, open box-like new. All cables were still factory wrapped. I suspect the item was purchased, inspected then boxed back up. Item was shipped immediately and received within 2 days(they’re based out of SC). Communication was quick and helpful. I did have to return the item and that wasn’t a problem. However, I payed for the shipping back and KOPKO, refunded me the initial cost of the item plus what I paid for shipping to receive the item.

  This have been my first Ebay purchase in awhile. It’s nice to know there still good and honest people here sure as this seller. With that been said : My Item came exactly as described. In original box and packaging. Great communication and fast shipping. I will be in the market for at least one more speaker in the near future. Will definitely purchase from again.
