  First I never leave negative feedback. In this case, my feedback is neutral. The seller shipped a product that did not match the listing. There were communication issues. eBay did provide a full refund, which was fairly painless, but if there had been better communications, I would have preferred to receive the advertised product. I have bought the same item from this seller twice. It was only on the recent transaction, that the product was incorrect. I still wanted the product as listed.

  New condition, perfect fit, original Samsung case. As advertised, came well packaged, a couple days later than expected but that was no problem, very satisfied with this purchase.

  Very fast shipping, this product arrived way faster than I anticipated, the value is great and the product is exactly as described and in great shape. High quality and would definitely order again in the future, definitely new and the packages are awesome not in the original boxes like off Amazon but smaller ones that actually fit the product which is awesome and the instructions and even headphones with them.   Before making the payment I chose the priority mail shipping option and paid an additional $8.99. I immediately wrote to the seller to let them know that I paid extra for priority mail and they responded OK. However, when I checked on the USPS website, they sent it via Ground Advantage, the free option. I wrote to them to ask for a refund of the $8.99. I have not received any response or my money. Priority tracking numbers start at 940 and ground advantage numbers start at 923. This is a scam.

  Today the cell phone for which I bought this cover arrived since I paid for priority shipping but the cover did not arrive because although I paid the $8.99 for priority mail the seller sent it through the free option and stole the $8.99 from me now thank s to that until Monday April 28th I will not receive the cover thanks to this scammer Don't pay anything extra for priority shipping because you'll lose your money.
