  Item was absolutely not new, sealed in box as described. Obviously opened since it contained a dozen USPS boxes inside the "sealed" box. Also, the hardware pack was opened with screws and washers loose in the very poorly re-sealed box. Some were missing and I'm still waiting for the missing parts to come from Ego. The vendor offered a refund if I return it, so essentially the entire transaction would be a complete waste of time. NO offer made for a partial refund for my inconvenience.

  Item was new before listing and shipping. Buyer claimed item damaged when the hardware pack was just loose which could have been dislodged during rough transit or simply missing from OEM. Went out of my way and reached EGO for buyer to get the missing hardware. Buyer refused to return for refund despite claiming being "unhappy" with the item. Kept demanding partial refund and then suggested that I commit fraud by making a damage claim to split with him since the box was roughed up.
