  Very high quality guitar which arrived very quickly and packaged extremely well. Item arrived in perfect condition and as I didn't want the hassle of building and finishing another guitar I chose this one for it's great value. Kookaburra's communication is brilliant! As I was working long hours during the expected delivery date I asked if it could be delivered instead to my local post office. This request was handled professionally for which I am grateful. Highest recommendation for this seller.

  Having bought an item that I wasn't sure was right, the seller was an absolute charm to deal with, as soon as I asked when to expect it I was sent some information and it appeared the next day, very well packed and fits our mandolin like a glove, brand new condition and looks amazing and strong .
