  Asking for more pictures or description of item was well received by seller. Communication was on point. Item was sent in the original box and inside another box with protection ( wow ) as if was fragile. I pay for shipping and the item got to me asap.   Item exactly as described. Minor bit of dirt on package but otherwise brand new. Packed extremely well, shipped quickly and arrived very fast in excellent condition. Looks great, very nice new probe that matches the primary that came with my Hantek scope. Great price on a new Hantek probe! Terrific seller, hope to do business again!
