  I had a very disappointing experience with this seller. I received a mismatched pair of shoes, and when I requested a refund, the seller promised to send me a correct pair plus an additional pair as compensation if I closed the refund request. I trusted them and closed the case, but the tracking number they provided was fake and showed that the package was sent to their own address. Extremely dishonest behavior—be cautious when buying from this seller.

  Shoes are great. My son loves them. Shipping was very slow. It took the seller a week and a half to ship, and then the USPS routed them from MI to IN to MO to OH before ending up back in Indiana to me. There was no communication from the seller.
