6.5cm equals 2.5" Nowhere on this product can be measured at 2.5". We have been back and forth for days now trying to resolve the issue of these being the wrong size, but seller unwilling to accept they did not represent the product correctly. Our total order was $251.00 and they want us to accept a $20 credit to make things right - not happening! I suggest they use better photos & what they are measuring. I don't know why anyone would want to know the outside measurement of a clamp
