Only I asked for status update was refund issued. This was to be a Christmas gift and now it's too late. I have dealt with Knick Knack Toy Shack before with good results but this ebay seller may or may not be associated with the company. Very suspicious at this point and I would say ebay buyers beware. Obviously never got product; terrible contact.
