  Great genuine item as described, much cheaper than UK price. Good comms from the seller, but a very poor experience from Fedex with the shipping. Nothing to do with the seller, it was purely Fedex that delayed things, then told seller my address was incomplete, which it wasn't. Tracking showed the parcel in their warehouse for a couple of weeks. Finally received.

  Brand new, genuine Volvo part, so the right quality at a price about as good as anywhere else. Delivery took only a couple of weeks and was exceptionally well packaged. Communication was excellent too. I won't hesitate to use this seller for other OEM/genuine parts. Very happy indeed.

  I havent fitted the item yet but the whole process from ordering to delivery was seamless. Seller communication when I contacted them was very efficient and once the item was dispatched the communication and tracking was excellent, quality item at great value and very well packaged.
