  My item arrived as described. I was a little disappointed with how long it took to ship. The sellers ship times were stated in the item description, but it took a full week for them to send it. The packaging was not well done. I ordered a porcelain rolling pin and it arrived wrapped in a bubble mailer floating in a larger box. Fortunately it arrived unharmed, but I think I got lucky.

  I do not think people understand what 5 business days means. Item shipped in time stated or a strike goes against my account. I work a full-time job during the week, items get packaged on the weekend and ship 1st thing Monday morning. I let my customers know once item is in postal care. I responded to her asking right away, I upgraded her to Priority Mail, the item was packaged numerous times in bubble wrap which is why it did not break. Thank you again
