    The item arrived shattered thanks to the mishandling by the post office and this wonderful seller refunded me the entire cost within hours.It was packaged well and I am upset by the shipper using it for a soccer ball but the seller made it right for me.Wish he had another platter as I would have loved to have this but all is good. A+ for excellent customer service
