  I had a problem with the item getting damaged in the post. The seller had wrapped it up well, but it must have got really bashed about by the courier. The seller refunded and was amazing communicating with me. Even though I’m disappointed that the item is broken, the seller did everything he possibly could to rectify the issue. A great Ebayer!

  The only thing the vendor did wrong was to choose a courier (Evri) whose service in our area is extremely poor. The item was shipped briskly and was reported delivered only one day late. The problem was that no one really knows where it was actually shipped to. It was certainly NOT shipped to me. No information was provided by Evri about the location of delivery point - a photograph might of settled the matter. In future, if a vendor only offers delivery by Evri, I will not buy from them.

  Had a message from this very honest and open seller saying on a pretest which they do before sending out all items, the brush roller was malfunctioning; they apologised for the inconvenience, cancelled the sale and sent a refund immediately. Refreshing to find such honest and up front sellers, and although the DieSoon brush may not be coming, the seller's manners and honesty were impeccable, so I would not hesitate to recommend them for good, honest service. Thank you!!
