  My item was delivered by Royal Mail on Wednesday 18 June…. handed personally to my husband at the front door. Why is it then annotated return to seller person not at address. My item is safely with me , see attached photo. Delighted with my kaftan, my third purchase of this item. Well packed and quick despatch. Highly recommended seller.

  This item came, but I returned it as there was a white mark down the front of it. They offered me a new one which they sent that came to, but there was the same mark on this one it must be in the material I could’ve sent it back to them and had a refund I just couldn’t be bothered as It seemed too much trouble for the price. It was also quite tight at the top for a large size, but the company did offer to return it, but I just didn’t.
