  I'm going to leave positive feedback overall here because I do like the doll. However, the packaging was abysmal, especially for something coming overseas. The way that the shipping service treats a package is not the fault of the seller, but there was just minimal protection offered between the box and anything protecting the doll inside. As such the display box also came mangled and dented. Luckily the doll itself did not sustain any damage. But the box is now useless for any display purposes.

The package was sent via urgent express mail; it is the only system currently available to send to the USA due to the new changes. I had never used this system before; it was so expensive that I lost all the profit from your work. While the situation is being resolved, I will put double boxes on all orders to the USA.   It’s beautiful, worth the price but I don’t know if I can wait long shipping time. It says in there bio to go to there instagram to see progress of the dolls they make. I didn’t see mine. Overall LEGIT SELLER. BEAUTIFUL DOLL. But a quick note every 3-4 weeks would be nice. Not just eBay website instructions to go to their instagram.

  The doll is just as pictured. Great detail on the face and clothes. I'd only advice to add "Fragile" warnings on the package since the box arrived slightly crushed. Good quality overall and totally worth the money.
