    100% positive feedback is what's expected from everyone and basically means nothing because it's a normal smooth transaction. What you want is a seller that is there when the transaction does not go as expected. I had a minor problem with the transaction that was beyond anyone's control and the seller was very responsive immediately and went above and beyond to make it write even vowing to follow up with the manufacturer directly after the transaction. That's a 110% seller rating.

    Had issue not with the seller but USPS not delivering the item but the seller calmly understood the issue and gave full refund. The bat is nice lightweight and properly curved for better stroke. Highly recommend this seller. Thank you.
