  The box was damaged which was advertised but not overtly and the price of the product was slightly cheaper then market to reflect the damage, the damage was minimal and the seller was upfront about it being damaged so it doesn't work against them as they were honest about it and it was reflected in the price (at least with ebay plus discounts) the product was therefore as advertised, postage was quick. No issues with this seller 10/10.

  A++ Seller, the seller had excellent communication and was able to adjust to my offer! the product was shipped fast and it was all packaged very nicely. Product were sealed as mentioned and came with extra chupachups!

  Product was advertised as sealed Pokemon paldea evolved booster box however the top seal of the box had a large rip. While returning the product seller requested that I call the post office to redirect the return product to an alternative address which was not on the label that eBay provided me with. I advised the seller that if I did that It would void my buyer protection as per eBay policy. Worse experience I have had with a seller.

  Hi Customer, Thank you for your reply. Apologies, the rip on the top booster box was too small for the naked eye to see. All products that we sell are sealed and new. The ripped plastic often happens in all Pokémon products due to their age. We have no control over the plastic not being ripped. We stated our reasons why an alternative address was provided, a new return address has been updated.
