  Shipping was a bit of a hassle but it was on my part. I wasn’t at home to sign for it, so they sent it back. Luckily when I explained everything to the seller they were very understanding and had no problem with resending it and kept me informed every step of the way. Packaging was also very well done so the items showed up just as described in the picture! I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend the seller for any future purchases.   Item arrived quickly, but item's packaging was heavily damaged due to mishandling by FedEx. Thankfully the tapestry itself seemed to be undamaged, even though it was repackaged by FedEx. The seller is very professional and offered to do whatever they can to make it right and to keep in touch with him in case I find any damage to the item in the future. Would buy from the seller again thanks to his excellent communication.

  I ordered a full set of the merch that was available at the Suisei Budokan concert, as my suitcase was lost during my flight home, they were very nice and helpful, fast responses and communicated well, there was an issue with my address initially and they were polite and helpful in helping my figure it out, and held onto it until I did, and shipping was very fast and packed really good! Highly recommend, will buy from again in the future!

  Prices are a bit steep, but the quality is excellent. Items ship quickly and are well packaged to resist the worst the post office can throw at them, and the items arrive exactly as described. A good choice to seller for rare items.
