  My item was originally lost in Japan, sadly, but the seller offered me a replacement for the lost item. I chose one, and it was delivered in just a couple of days. The delivery time was astonishing. The replacement was exactly as described in the seller's listing, and the packaging was great. I'm very happy with what I received!   My item was lost during shipment (the shipper, not the seller's fault). The seller went out of his way to ship a replacement of the same item I ordered. The seller's communication was very helpful in delivering a replacement. Packaging and shipping it to me in the condition as they described. I have saved this seller and I will definitely buy from them again.

  Shipping was a bit of a hassle but it was on my part. I wasn’t at home to sign for it, so they sent it back. Luckily when I explained everything to the seller they were very understanding and had no problem with resending it and kept me informed every step of the way. Packaging was also very well done so the items showed up just as described in the picture! I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend the seller for any future purchases.   I wasn't able to receive the item as there was an issue with item's availability before the seller could send it to me. They were very upfront and apologetic and offered multiple ways to rectify the situation. One was an offer to replace the expected item with a similar item from the same creator, but unfortunately I was not looking for that item at the time. They issued a refund immediately and I greatly appreciate their communication and respect concerning the purchase. Great seller!

  Item arrived quickly, but item's packaging was heavily damaged due to mishandling by FedEx. Thankfully the tapestry itself seemed to be undamaged, even though it was repackaged by FedEx. The seller is very professional and offered to do whatever they can to make it right and to keep in touch with him in case I find any damage to the item in the future. Would buy from the seller again thanks to his excellent communication.
