  A very fair seller. Appeared electrical part was damaged before put into shipping box. When received, box showed no sign of squashing or being tampered with. Tested part for functionality & it failed. Live outside USA so return part would not happen. Took pictures of damage part, intact box, & emailed seller my experience.   Be prepared to the pay and extra $45.62 in duty, taxes, and handling if you live in Canada. Package was damaged and repacked by Canada Post. All the bearings were there, although the plastic sleeve from one of the packages was missing. It took about a month to arrive, which was the estimated time.

  Was sent the wrong bearings. The replace bearings were sent right out but the package I received was damaged with no bearing's in it. Went to post office was told to contact seller. Never heard back from seller. I think they figured that was lying to them. Just gave up and just ordered from different vender.

  I had a small issue with my order, where I was missing one of the glues I was supposed to receive with my two kits. After reaching out, the customer service team was incredibly understanding and responsive. They quickly clarified the situation and assured me that they would send the missing item.
