When it arrived, it was in perfect condition, high quality and super appearance. This seller went way out of there way to handle this deal and make this happen.   This beautiful plate arrived as estimated by the seller after placing the order, was securely packaged with no damage, was as described and in like new condition and was a fair price and shipping price. I would highly recommend this seller!

  This seller is the absolute best!!!! The item was exactly as described. What sets this seller apart is how they handle themselves. I ordered 2 of the item but only one was shipped. Having had bad experiences before, I wondered if reaching out would do anything- I sent a message anyway. Not only did I receive an immediate response they gave me options. I told them I wanted the product. Within 24hrs I had a tracking number and received my item within the week!! Best experience, Great seller!!!

  It ends up THE PRODUCT WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED. Once we opened the package we realized the labels were over a decade old and did not have the features that were listed on the product page. They took a picture from a newer version of the product, with the features I needed, and used that to sell an old version. I informed the seller and they could care less. I informed Ebay and they could care less. BUYER BEWARE...these people sell old product with new advertising to con you into buying.

  The item arrived timely and was as described, unfortunately the item was already broken once we opened the box. The item was packaged nicely inside the with bubble wrap and paper, I think the box it’s self was just too flimsy though. It was a USPS priority mail box that he’d been flipped inside out and was very flexible and soft when it arrived, I suspect that may be why the mug was cracked all over when we opened it. The mug was $10 plus almost $10 for shipping making a $20 and change total.
