  Ordered two Harris Tweed hip flasks in a gift box for presents. On the note to seller we asked for adequate protective packaging as the order was for gifts. They arrived undamaged but I felt the packaging was not adequate. Flimsy, thin bubble wrap around both gift boxes and then in a plastic bag. Clearly our note to seller was ignored. They should have come in a protective box to my mind. It was pure luck, they arrived undamaged, in my opinion. The hip flasks are very nice though.

  No complaints with item or Bob the seller item arrived as new in a sealed box. well packed but Royal Mail caused confusion as said delivered at 11.50 and proof of delivery photo not our. then delivered at 1.30!!!!!
