  The time is a pre-owned time and looks good for the value. I have not hooked up to test the motor yet but the packaging is good. The shipping is fast and the item is as described.

  Received the filter fairly quick considering its size. The filter was received upside down. The item was packaged by the seller and not from Aquasona. These filters are to be shipped right side up to prevent disruption of the internal materials. There was no labeling on the out of the box to indicate to shipper to keep upright which would have been nice. I contacted aquasona and they instructed me what to do to “resettle” the internal materials. Needed more protection for shipping. New, unused.
