a) Failed to use their advertised Courier, the Royal Mail. This caused me great issues with their useless local, alternative Evri service!
b) All delivered products were of a poor quality & had to be returned.
c) Failed to reply to any of my ‘reasonable’, 3 ebay internal messages!
d) Failed to provide me with a full refund.
e) Had to get Ebay involved to process my full refund!
This has been the worse Ebay Supplier experience in my 20 years of using Ebay and my first Complaint in those years!

Sent back as had no package with it & did not seem to be a tog rating as described on site was very thin. Also took a long time to get a refund.

I sent a message to seller asking is it 1 pair of socks or 3 pairs , he just replied with whats on his selling page , a clip of the advert. That didn't help at all . The socks arrived on time but it is only 1 pair of socks NOT 3 pairs . His advert isn't clear nor is his response . I wont be using again due to his lack of an informed response .
