  When it arrived it was all bent it was in a Jiffy bag which i felt wasn’t adequate I emailed them straight away and sent pictures they replied the next day they were apologetic and agreed to replace the item it arrived in box well packaged and ready to use thank you for your quick response I would use them again as they dealt with the problem efficiently and took on board what I had said about the packaging thank you

  Product was great , right price. The issue was with royal mail who told me it's was on its way , it was tracked but took 5 days and,numerous times of trying to contact royal mail who kept saying nobody to accept delivery .we were in 24/7 . Product from seller brilliant. Would never use royal mail again

  Excellent seller and I would have no problem recommending them. A good product, which arrived very quickly and was well packaged. I had real difficulty tracking this item down but decided to ask a seller, who was advertising similar things. The customer service person answered my questions promptly, even though it was the weekend, and sent the product number to me so I could order straight away. Very good service, thank you.

  This item arrived today as stated by the seller. It is good quality being a genuine Vax replacement in a sealed Vax plastic bag and not a clone. It arrived in perfect condition and it was straightforward and quick to remove the old filter and is a perfect fit. Given that there are a number of similar filters for different Vax models I was pleased this one is the correct one and reasonable value too. Based on my experience I would recommend this seller.
