  Excellent seller and I would have no problem recommending them. A good product, which arrived very quickly and was well packaged. I had real difficulty tracking this item down but decided to ask a seller, who was advertising similar things. The customer service person answered my questions promptly, even though it was the weekend, and sent the product number to me so I could order straight away. Very good service, thank you.

  I can't leave feedback for this item, as I didn't receive it. However, I'd like to heap praise on the sellers. Through an error that could happen to anyone, the wrong product was inadvertently sent to me. They quickly resolved the issue, and were so kind in their correspondence. They suggested I give the incorrect item to a friend or, even better, to a charity shop. I really appreciate the human touch, and would happily deal with these people again.

  Great company to buy from .I ordered the wrong model . As soon as I realised and informed them it was too late as it had been posted .   When I initially brought the item, it was shipped and arrived quickly. While trying to replace the element in my existing oven, I came to realise I had brought the wrong one. I cannot fault the seller at all, they accepted my return request (eventhough it was totally my fault) and the refund was dealt with quickly. I would recommend this seller! :)
