    I purchased 2 and after 2 attempts and 11 days of it not being shipped (but label created) it took me threatening to open a case against them or a refund. THEN amazingly somehow on the same day I sent that message it arrived at USPS to be shipped. It sat for almost 2 weeks before they actually dropped it off and then tried to blame USPS. I will still be opening a case and will not purchase from them again.
