  Unfortunately the wrong items turned up.A bit of a mix up during the ordering process. But, this kind of thing happens. I contacted the seller and they responded straight away and made the whole returns process very easy and straightforward. I will re order as I have bought from this seller before and both their products and customer service are very good. I would definitely recommend.

  Just what I needed thanks! Although the packaging in the box was a bit less than might be expected the item arrived undamaged. Item was as described and will replace a broken lift latch of similar design.
