  Item arrived as described! It fits snug & looks really close to the mask in the video game. The seller also had amazing communication! They were super respectful & understanding after they found out that China Post had temporarily suspended some shipping options to the U.S., which had delayed my shipment. They offered me a partial refund as a result of the external issue, which I was extremely grateful for. Overall, a satisfied purchase. And a extremely helpful, nice, & reliable seller.

  Good responsive seller. Reasonable shipping time. The box arrived completely beat up but the figure was fine. I don't think it's the seller's fault, looks like they did a good job on the packaging. It was probably just a careless carrier somewhere along the way. The figure smells really bad, but I don't think that's the seller's fault either. I read several complaints about this figure's plastic tail smelling like weed.

  5 days transit time from China to NYC…. That’s bonkers. Extremely quick shipping and transportation. Product as described and then some (surpassingly well made garment).

  Haven’t received the item yet, just ordered two commissions from this seller but I wanted to sing my praises for the communication and service. They’ve been nothing but courteous and accommodating towards any custom requests and help with shifting, so I know I’m gonna love the product. Just a warning, if you’re from the UK look for UK listings of the same item to avoid paying VAT - seller was kind enough to refund the difference/cancel double orders but make sure to save them the trouble.
