  A good choice to personalise your ride or just to replace the QR your bike came with. This clamp is good value and actually looks a little better in person than in the pictures. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Thank you for the speedy service. I ordered a similar item in a different colour for another bike at the time from a different seller (colour not available here) and am still waiting 4 days after this one arrived.

  THe item was as described and shipped promptly. The experience was marred due to mis treatment by Yodel in dropping the parcel over a six foot fence onto concrete unfortunately damaging the item in the process. The item was boxed but not well enough to withstand the above..

  We're sorry to hear that the carrier was careless in their delivery. Things like this make us as a sell look bad. We want to thank you for the positive feedback tho. We're not sure how the item was damaged as it was wrapped in cardboard and should have protected enough even for a drop as you stated. Does it not work properly? If it doesn't then drop us a line and we can send another one out to you. It should have fit through your letter box so we don't know why they would put it over a wall
