  There was an issue with the order after delivery (an understandable oversight about the product condition which appeared to be new but was missing a part), but the seller promptly responded and kindly helped fix the issue (a refund in this case).   I received this book today. Shipping speed and tracking were both great. It was shipped packaged in a plastic bag, but USPS managed to deliver it intact for a change. It is an excellent copy - like new, clean and unmarked, just as described, and I am thrilled with this purchase. Thanks very much!

  Item was not new as listed. It was very dirty and stained. I contacted the seller and they immediately refunded me. They apologized and were very considerate in their response. They responded to my message within minutes.
