Hello Friends, We at Kepi Engineering deal in industrial instrumentation and process control equipment. The product that we supply are obtained from the Alang Ship Recycling yard (India). Ships from foreign countries are brought here and dismantled, products from their stores and in line products are removed from the ships properly and are further provided to the customers. The products that we provide are checked and then further forwarded to our customers. We believe in quality of products and ultimately a long-term business with our clients. The product is in fact a new one. We have mentioned in our listing regarding the scratches on the body due to unpacked condition. Also the product is listed as new open box. We still have 2 more piece that are new open box with scratches on the body.
