  Purchased 3 lots of model tanks (8 in total), in good condition at reasonable prices. Problem transpired with 1 model but to his credit seller resolved the matter immediately to the buyers satisfaction. Good communication from seller. Items swiftly dispatched and well packaged. Well pleased with purchases. Recommended seller, would have no hesitation buying from again.

  A very good seller on Ebay. Very good photos to show the item as described, a good price too. Excellent packaging. Very good postage costs (the seller refunded a bit due to sending 3 orders in 1 box, which was appreciated). The item is lovely.

  This seller is highly recommended. A discount was offered for multiple items. I paid full price but the seller kindly refunded me the discount. Fantastic. The kits were posted without delay at a very reasonable price. Royal Mail delivered them safely in sturdy packaging ( thank goodness it wasn’t Evri). Very old and fragile kits but in excellent condition exactly as described. Many Thanks.

  The set was listed as complete, but there were seven missing pieces. When I messaged them about it they said it was complete when it was sent to me. I pointed out that the missing pieces were not actually pictured on their photo on the listing (I didn’t notice until I built it). They said they would look into it. This was 12 days ago. I sent a polite message five days ago asking if everything was okay. No answer. The set cost £26 and it’s going to cost me £19 to purchase the missing pieces.

  I was in contact with this buyer after they reported the missing pieces and explained that I would check for them, as it’s possible they could have fallen out of the packaging. Shortly afterwards I went on vacation, and my shop was placed on holiday mode with a note that I would respond to messages once I returned. Even while away, I still replied to the buyer and offered either a full refund, or if they preferred to keep the set, a 40% refund. I always aim to resolve any issues fairly
