  Never shipped. I had to open a case. Seller just cancelled my order. No communication or anything. Makes me wonder how this would have resolved had I not been actively tracking the order status. Running out of inventory in a rare situation, no problem, open communication and let's work through it. Not having any of the cards you listed and that I ordered is unacceptable and a waste of my time.
