  The beer mug was quickly shipped and very carefully packed . THe beer mug had a lot of protective wrapping and a very sturdy box. The mug was listed as used, but is in mint condition and looks absolutely beautiful and like brand new. I could not have asked for a better buying experience. Absolutely , a wonderful seller.
