  The part came boxed up in a thick polystyrene box and was bubble wrapped so very well protected. Took as long as it mentioned for delivery but after replacing the item it works great and my touch screen works perfectly. Can’t beat the price. Condition wise, it’s new so looked great! Really happy with it
