  Guitar was well packaged on the inside even though the box was partially torn open during shipping. Guitar Arrived in good condition and everything is working as described. The seller was very quick with responding to questions and quick with shipping as well. Very happy with purchase despite a few little hiccups along the way.

  The delivery was later than I expected, I was sending it to my office. We close between Christmas and New Years so I didn't get it before we closed, it was delivered right after we closed but they did hold it after I asked the seller to resend it if it was returned and I would pay any extra postage to get it. On the first day we were back in the office, the sweater was delivered. Though I'd have loved to have it for Christmas, I am thrilled to have it and will wear it often next season.

  WONDERFUL SELLER! Super fast shipping, beautiful bag as described, but noticed a small defect. Seller listing stated does not accept returns. Contacted seller with concern and provided pictures. Seller actually apologized and quickly advised I request a return, which I did. I returned the item and it was quickly refunded INCLUDING SHIPPING BOTH WAYS! Would highly recommend seller!!!!!
