  Item received looking exactly as described, unfortunately it did not work as expected - would not restart after useless apps removed. Contacted Seller through correct channels, the outcome was that the Seller agreed to issue a full refund without quibble and without the need to return the item. Refund received back to my payment method on 03/05/2024. This is a most honourable seller. Thankyou.

  I recieved a tablet that was terribly battered in the post and was not working. The seller very quickly arranged for a replacement which I received this morning. This replacement is in perfect working condition and I'm a happy customer. Things can and do go wrong and it's to the credit of the seller that the problem was quickly resolved without fuss, so I'm happy to recommend this seller and will happily buy again. Thanks
