Responded almost immediately to my questions/comments even with the time difference. The product was packaged extremely carefully and my address was duplicated on the box, on the inside package, in addition to the normal packing labels.   Amazing product as shown. Very very prompt delivery. Actually delivered a day earlier so very happy. Clock was set up already which I appreciated and was contacted soon after delivery to ensure everything went well. Package was well wrapped and value of the watch is amazing.
