  Hi this is Regina I just received the package i ordered a week a go, the quantity i ordered is 2 but I just received 1 ONLY and what I know 1 item cost 9.90 and I paid almost $22 where the other 1 (one] pls I can returned this in a way how it was packed so you'll know how many you send to me.   I'm very sorry to hear you ordered two but received only one. When I processed your order, I prepared the color as 4V instead of 4A, but then changed it to 4A, so I remember your order. I have to record the weight every time I ship an item. The records I have show the weight as two items. What was the condition of the packaging when you received it? Was it damaged? Can you tell me what the packaging was like inside the package?
