  This is the first time I've ordered from outside the UK and I'm really happy with the experience. The handbag is exactly as described and was sent in quality packaging with the recipient, dustbag, retail paper bag and the handbag properly wrapped in it's original packaging. Considering this came from Japan it arrived quickly and was sent fed-ex so no issues. I was not charged any hidden extras and I was also able to use a discount code so this was a total bargain. Really happy. 5 stars!

  It’s perfect just as posted… all original isl packing WAS there you can tell it WAS wrapped nicely but whoever did the inspection tore through all the packaging and the box was open… weird… I just ordered a bird charm from Ukraine and it didn’t arrive like this… the box from that one wasn’t even opened at all… but this one, torn up! not sure what happened. Thankfully undamsged

  Item arrived in great condition. The pocket tag was not included and that bummed me out as I have them for all my collection. However the tags were still attached. No communication from the seller possibly due to a language barrier. Took a few days to ship but overall success. Thanks!

  Received order today, 4/9/24 just 5 days since ordering. That is fast shipping considering it originated in Japan. Packaged very well. Knife came brand new in it's limited edition box. Works very well and looks great. The seller is great also.
