  The item was just as shown and arrived within a reasonable amount of time during the holiday season. I appreciate a seller who provides multiple photos and a thorough description. The packaging, a thin, used product box and wrapping, didn’t smell good or travel well, but the item was in plastic and thankfully unaffected. Shipping cost included profit. Otherwise, a good experience.

  The seller was absolutely amazing and very communicative and worked hard to get my order delivered on time but the ribbons ended up being very fragile and tearing and breaking couldn't use alot of them and I had to return them but waiting on my refund but seller is being unresponsive hopefully I won't have to file a chargeback don't want to but will if I have to I need my money I'm disabled but seller was amazing
