  I ordered an acrylic cake topper which arrived with a couple of cracks. I think this was because the packaging wasn’t protective enough. A hard back envelope probably would’ve been better for this item. The seller was helpful and offered to send a replacement which didn’t arrive in time. Having said that if they used better packaging in future I’d still order again as the item was really nice and I thought it was good value. I just fixed the topper with glue in the end

  I ordered this as a novelty light for my terrarium. On receipt I realised it was nothing but a plastic toy. There was no bulb, no solar panel. It is described as being a solar light. There is no possibility of it lighting up at all. The seller did (eventually) refund my money in full. The refund didn't happen automatically. After two weeks I noticed on the tracking that it had not been received by the seller. After some communication I eventually got my refund.
