  This trader is excellent in all areas. Unfortunately the order didn't arrive, the assumption is once again the Royal Mail has provided less than stellar performance. The seller refunded as soon as they were notified I hadn't received the order, this is outstanding service and proves their commitment to customer service. Highly recommended and trusted trader.

  Worst seller I have ever encountered, placed an order for collection at local convenience store where they ask you for a QR code to collect. I waited a few weeks, never arrived, raised a query. Seller advised that he had no choice, but to refund me. Subsequently blocked me from ordering again suggesting that I manipulated of not receiving the order. It was a collection rather than delivering to my home address where I can pretend not receiving as it was untracked.
