  No straps! The swing works great but the straps were not shipped. Seller did provide a $4.50 refund and offered a full refund if I shipped the swing back. I opted for the $4.50 refund on the straps. Overall positive interactions with the seller, but cannot go above 3 stars due to the missing part.
