  Ordered the item as NEW listed but received an Amazon Resale item: the seller listed at lower price and during the open-box checking, with broken product-packaging and missing part issues continually pop up and yes, the seller finally issued the return as the buyer requested by the the related communication but the troubleshooting process was tough like the buyer owed the seller sth and the return was sent back on 7/19/25. Until 7/23/25 the refund had to let eBay CS remind the seller?! Nightmare

  Package was torn on front (not sellers fault) but was wrapped and sealed internally with all pieces included. The box was then wrapped outside and put in a package to send. Arrived very fast & the seller had great communication. I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again knowing how well they took care of the sale & delivery.

  Received the box and it was missing the gray knight Terminator squad, contacted the seller who was quick to refund the cost so I could buy that separately really appreciate them being so quick to fix it. Highly recommend buying from them.
